Policies...
There are a couple ground rules that we would like to clarify! Though the most important thing to us is that your pet is safe AND loved, we must also keep ourselves safe.
Our normal working hours are between 7:00am and 7:00pm. We are able to work around YOUR'S and your PET'S schedule so we are willing to work before and after those hours if we feel that it is better for your pet. Maybe they need to be in the crate at night and we don't want them to be in longer then they have to! However, we would like it to be known those are the normal working hours
We have established holidays so that there is no surprise during your pet sitting session since there is an extra charge of $10! Our Holidays are as follows...
During your initial consultation, we will get a key or key code from you to use during our visits, and we can keep them on file in our office. If we need to pick up or drop off keys for each scheduled visit, there will be a charge of $5.00 for each trip to help cover delivery costs.
Total payment is expected on the first day of service. For weekly clients, it is due on the first day of each scheduled month. We accept cash or checks. We are not accepting credit cards at this time but look for this in the future!
There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks! We reserve the right to refuse or end service because of non-payment.
Please have your pet's Rabies vaccination current. We will ask to see it during our consultation. When it is time for our service, it would be helpful if all supplies are on hand when we come to care for your pet such as food, toys, and cleanup items as your pets may have accidents while you are away. Please be prepared to have enough supplies as well as we may not be able to get the same brand or item that you would normally use. If supplies are short, any supplies purchased by us during the service will need to be reimbursed.
We will have our full length legal policies available upon your consultation with us. These forms are to be completed before our initial visit with your pet.
